Bake sale!?

Q: My class is trying to raise money for a homeless shelter so me and my friend decided to sell cookies, brownies etc downtown.kinda like a bake sale. what should we price our cookies etc? we are trying to make at least $50? please help!

A: ive been to several bake sales and the small cookies cost 50 cents and the larger ones 75 cents. Brownies usually run about the same. If you make a cake, cut it into pieces and individually wrap. Some people don't want a whole cake but would love just one piece. So if you baked it in a sheetcake pan, you could frost it and cut it into squares. Same with pies - bake them in a square pan so you can cut them square if you want but however, cut them into serving size. And you can price the slices for 50 cents too.
