Q: We had smoked turkey and ham for thanksgiving Now i need something easy to fix for Christmas, It cant take a lot of prep-time. Looking for more than just main dish. Thanks
A: Since you work, why not have a local smoker or restaraunt prepare the meal for you. You can pick it up or go out to eat. If you don't want to do that, wrap some sweet potatoes in foil and put them in a crock pot on low the night before. Buy a ham, they just need to be heated back up. Then open a can of green beans and pop some brown and serve rolls in the oven. For dessert, just pie some pies from the bakery. (((hugs)))
