A: We bought a 42" plasma last year after christmas. Soemone returned it, never taken out of box and we got it for 40% off. We definately looked around and besides the day after thanksgiving, right after Christmas is the best time because people return things and store mark them done so they don't have to restock them. But you have to be careful with the Black friday sales on electronics. They sell "high end" items with really bad brands for cheap prices. Remember, you get what you pay for. Friend bought her LCD tv last year that was a no name and the screen stopped working 3 months later and the very popular chain store didn't stand behind their product. She had to contact manufact. and they told her it would cost $300 to fix!!!
