Q: I feel so badly this time of year for Turkeys. It simply is not fair. what do you think? Yes, I am a vegan. And, do feel sympathy for all slaughtered animals. I do not eat fast food. I eat mostly organic food. And, I have perfect teeth, and perfect skin. no health problems. thank god.
A: Well, the slaughter of turkeys kinda represents the irony of today's Thankgiving. Our country celebrates it, while our children our at war, people are still going hungry in this rich nation, and people are dying for lack of insurance and medical that they can't afford. I'm not a vegan, but it does seem a bit sad. I also dread it when I pass a cattle truck on the freeway, knowing it was there last ride to the slaughter house....
