Q: Have you ever heard of cooking the bird breast side DOWN? My mom just called out of no where (we live in different states) and told me to flip my bird upside down cause the breast will be juicer, but... my meat thermometer broke... and this bird doesn't have one of those dummy ones in it either. Will flipping it change anything?
