Q: Hey All -- I'm wishing everyone a wonderful Thanksgiving to share with family and friends. I am having dinner at my house. I can smell the turkey cooking now. I am also making mashed potatoes, stuffing, squash, peas, corn, green bean & bacon casserole, cranberry sauce, rolls and cider. For dessert we have apple pie, lemon pie, pumpkin gingerbread trifle, cheese pie, and assorted pastries. I am very thankful for my family and for my friends on Yahoo Answers!
A: Excellent...I have been up since 4am. I love to smoke a turkey and I have just pulled it off the grill. Perfect! The only drawback...I have no excuse for leaving for my in-laws and the other 40+ people that will gather there. Usually the turkey takes longer and my excuse for not being there all day is that I must watch my turkey. Oh well, but otherwise, like I said...Excellent!
