Q: I don't know how long to cook my turkey.

A: I wrap my turkey is heavy foil, breast side down with a cube of butter slices on the top. Salt and garlic. Once I wrap it I don't open until it's done. 20 lbs at 350 should be done in about 5 hours. Breast side down keeps the meat moist. After it is done, if you want a brown turkey, turn it over and put in the oven for a few minutes. I do not put stuffing in the turkey. (my family doesn't like it that way).
