Tommarow is Thanksgiving(11/22) and I need a way to work up my appitite?

Q: Does anyone know how to work up an appitite(in a healthy way) but without letting my stomach shrink??

A: Eat lite today, and do a little exercise. Nothing overly strenuous, just go for a little jog or do some cleaning around the house that requires you to be on your feet most of the time. When you do eat, I recommend salad without meat, cheese, or salad dressing in it. Lettuce has what are called "negative calories," which is just a fancy way of saying it takes more calories to eat and digest it than are contained within the lettuce itself. You'll still get full from the volume of lettuce, but you'll burn it off quickly.
