I need to know the easiest way to make gravy with turkey drippings.... Do I just use that and flour? thanks!!

Q: I think it's just the turkey drippings and flour, right? I am not sure, this is only my second time cooking dinner for the whole family (about 8 of us, not a lot, but it's a lot of work, lol). thanks!

A: I would use cornstarch instead of flour...less chance of lumps...heat your drippings to boiling....add 3 heaping tblspns of cornstarch to 1 cup cold water, mix well....dribble into drippings as it boils, stirring constantly...stir till it thin=ckens...if it's not thick enough add more cornstartch... Good luck!
