Casserole for Thanksgiving?

Q: I need some ideas instructions as to how to make a good casserole for Thanksgiving. Simple would be a plus; and it should most likely have cheese in it. Thanks!!!

A: Wild Rice Casserole 1 cup wild rice, uncooked, washed, soaked for a 1/2 hour (soak in water) 2 cans chicken broth 2 stalks celery, wash and chop fine 1 can mushroom pieces 1 can cream of whatever soup (chicken, celery, mushroom) 1 package of microwave bacon, cooked and in little pieces 1 - 2 cups of shredded cheese (again, your choice) Bring two cans of broth to boil; add celery, mushrooms, and wild rice. Cook until done. Then in casserole pan add: Wild rice mixture you just prepared, 1 can cream soup, bacon pieces, cheese. Mix all together well and bake at 350 for an hour. You can substitute chicken for bacon, or leave out the meat all together. You can certainly leave out the celery and mushrooms too. It's completely your choice!
