Q: As in not standard to the average American family.
A: Well, my mom likes to drink on thanksgiving, and something always happens, one year she tried to lift the turkey out of the oven without potholders and the darn thing hit the floor. She threw it back in the pan and dinner was served. Another time she set a glass pan by the window to cool and the darn thing exploded from the cool air. It's something new every year, but its tradition that some mishap will occur. ;-)
