Q: Besides the turkey...
A: I've got less than 10 people, so making 20 dishes just makes life awkward for them and difficult for me. So,that being said .. we're having: Turkey Stuffing from home made bread with onion, celery, sausage, apples and apricots. Gravy Potatoes Sweet Potatoes Ambrosia Fruit Salad Home-made dinner rolls Pickle plate Cranberry dressing Tossed salad (I need to add another veggie dish in there for balance) Pumpkin pie Chocolate Mousse pie And the obligatory fixing ... 30 disposable food containers for most of the leftovers to go with the guests!!!! Diet soda, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, whatever on the side.
