what exactly is a TURDUCKEN????

Q: turkey-duck-chicken??? is it an actual animal that's been crossed? is it made of tofu? no wait, that's a tofurkey.... ?

A: Haha, you know those russian eggs, that you open and a smaller one is in, then another even smaller one? Sort of the same concept.... Ok, a Turducken is not an animal... it is a dish. Their are several dishes where dark meat and white meat, or chicken and duck are rolled together. Well, this is sort of that concept turned redneck haha... To make a Turducken, you get a turkey, a duck and a chicken (usually a cornish hen). You then debone the birds, and remove the legs and etc so that you have just meat. As you guessed it, the Turkey is stuffed with a Duck, and the Duck with a Chicken....then baked... It is an interesting dish, the duck provides a juicier layer since it is a fattier bird, so you can't go wrong and mess it up.
