A: I love turkey pot pie's but I use rolled out pillsberry crescent roll dough for the crust, and use mashed potatoes to top it (like a shepards pie) Turkey soup~ I always simmer the carcass over low heat all night, so I have plenty of broth. Turkey, stuffing & cranberry open faced sammies Turkey tetrezinni~I take 2 cans of cream of onion soup, one can of water, bag of frozen boccoli turkey & cooked pasta, simmer untill heated through We only have 4 of us and we always have ALOT of leftovers...even with a small turkey.
