A: I have an incredible pumpkin pie recipe that I only needed a can of pumpkin for. This thing forms its own crust so you don't even have to fool with that! Here: Instant Pumpkin Pie 1 c sugar (or 1/2 c sugar) 1/2 c flour 2/3 c whole milk (or 1%) 4 eggs (or 3 eggs) 1/2 c melted butter (or 1/4 c melted butter) 1/4 t salt 2 c pumpkin puree 2 t cinnamon 1 t nutmeg 1/2 t cloves 1/2 t ginger Blend all ingredients in blender and pour into 9" pie pan. Bake a 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Forms its own crust.
