A: Yes, many. How many people do you intend on feeding? If it is just you, then you could always smoke, or bake a chicken, or even cornish hens. If you've got a lot of people, then a good old fashioned chicken and sausage cajun gumbo will feed many people at a minimum of cost. You could also try cabbage rolls, seafood, frying turkeys (which are very good if you've never had that....email me and I can tell you what to do). I've even did the TV dinner thing on Thanksgiving. It's all about what type of attitude you have about holidays.
