Q: We're heading out of town Friday for an early Thanksgiving celebration with the family coming home late on Wednesday. We want to get a ham this year for the holidays and are figuring we should arrange for it before we leave rather than gamble on it at the store on Thanksgiving morning. If we buy an uncooked spiral ham tomorrow night and leave it packaged, will it still be good a week later?
