Q: I have just heard that Birmingham has cancelled tomorrows parade because of a local derby football match, is this true? can anyone confirm, if so it is shameful I have found out that it refers to a local parade at Castle Bromwich. even so not good enough, it appears it is down to the local police being short manned!
