Q: I do not like turkey. However, I am having some friends over for a Thanksgiving dinner that do like turkey. I usually make a duck or Prime Rib for Thanksgiving. This year I am confused...Which one should i make the P- Rib or the duck or the Turkey??? If i could afford it, I would make all three..but I cant. Hope u all have a great thxgiving =)
A: I think you should go with the duck. One, it's not so traditional, and that will make it special, and two although duck rocks my socks, personally, a lot of people haven't tried it, and you will be remembered for having an awesome and unique Thanksgiving. Plus, my rule of thumb is, if I'm the one working so hard to cook everything, I should at least like the main course. You really work up an appetite playing Emeril all day!
