Q: What are you guys doing for Thanksgiving, and what's the best way to get our turkey this year extra juicy? i WILL give a best answer away!

A: i love fried turkey but i don't always have the opportunity to fry one so this is how i improvise.... i bake the turkey ( skin seasoned well ) breast facing the oven door ( legs facing the back of the oven ) at 500 degrees for 45 minutes ( to crisp the skin and to form a barrier against juice leakage ) and then reduce heat to 350 degrees till the leg can easily be twisted... juicy and crisp every time!!!
