A: Because most of us are of Irish, or Scot-Irish descent. I too, am of Scot-Irish decent. I have the green blood to prove it! And I love Irish potatoes, Irish Stew, Leprachauns, The Blarney Stone, four leaf clovers, and any and all things related to Ireland! Or the River Dance too, I love that! There were a lot of Scot- Irish that came to settle on free land from the Government after the Revolutionary war. The Scot-Irish were called Hillbillies.
