Q: Is it true. That St Patricks Day will be celibrated on the 15th March rather than the 17th. I hear it's something to do with holy week.
A: Where are you talking about? St. Patrick's Day is a fixed holiday...it doesn't move on the calendar. I imagine many cities that have St. Patricks celebrations may decide to hold them on the 15th for various reasons. Not only for Holy Week, but simply because it's easier to do parades, festivals and such on a Saturday. I know in my city, Raleigh NC, we always have our St. Patricks day parade on the Saturday before. So that would be the 15th.
