A: Sure, why not! Especially if it falls on a Friday :-) I don't think there's any prescribed food for St. Patty's day. BTW, if you like salmon, may I suggest that you seek out Pacific wild-caught salmon in preference to farmed Atlantic? The farmed salmon are raised in an unsustainable process that pollutes the marine environment. And I have been told they don't taste as good as the wild ones.
