Q: Always wanted to know the answer to this? What did they do right that other civilzations couldn't?
A: did it have to do with the great wall? and fortresses around their palaces? I'm not sure but I wonder if that has something to do with it. . . A reference librarian might be able to help you research this if you get stuck. Or a China history professor.
