A: Watching the St. Patrick's Day Parade in NY. Making (and eating! Yum! ) Colcannon and having Irish Soda Bread, Corned Beef and Cabbage at my Mom's. Last year, it was also learning all the things about St. Patrick that I never knew. We watched a special on Public Television that was really interesting!
