A: Assalamu Alaikum, My Sister in Islam Angel Jibreel took Prophet saw to visit heaven and hell and to meet Allah from behind the curtain. Prophet got to talk to Allah but it not see Allah. While he was being given the tour of heaven, he heard voice of the walking (gate) of Bilal AS the Azaan caller of Prophet's Masjid. Next day Prophet asked Bilal what you do that Allah made me hear voice of your gate in heaven. Bilal said every time I go to bath room, I renew my wudhu and say two optional rakahs of prayer for my the health of my body. This tells us that remaining in wudhu all the time is the best for us. We never know when and where we will die. If we die in wudhu and no one was there to give us wudhu, we are still clean because if we keep ourselves in wudhu all the times. Othewise you can do tasbih and recite memorized Surahs w/o wudhu but to pray and touch Quran, you must be in wudhu. Prophet told his daughter Fatimah to say the following Tasbih which Muslims all over the world do at the end of every prayer. 33 times Subhanallah 33 times Alhamdu Lillah 34 times Allah o Akbar. You can also make a habit of doing another Tasbih in which you say Ssubhanallah, wal Hamdu Lillah, Wa La Elaha Illallah Wallaho Akbar. Say all these four glorifying words for Allah continuously and then keep repeating from beginning Sbhannallah.........till Allaho Akbar. When I can't sleep, I start this Tasbih and soon I fall sleep. There are lots of benefits of this Tasbih. May Allah keep you on the right path of Allah for your efforts and make you higher level of Mominah with plenty of spiritualism. Ameen Urs AM
