Q: I mean, Allah has already decided or knows how everyone's life will end, so why is it wrong to suicide as we are bound to die like that? I know that if we suiciding, we are dying with our own will, but shouldnt it be allowed as such a death has already been written in our fate? A: When a person chooses to end their life they are taking matters of life and death into their own hands, and that is strictly Gods decision. Yes, God knows exactly when everyone will die, but killing yourself doesnt make it okay just cause God knows about it. We are allowed free will in our lives to make decisions based on morality and we know that killing ourselves is Har'am, but God allows us to follow through with it because He allows us free choice. Now whether He allows us to die or not at that moment is up to Him, it's not the dying itself that is haram as we all die, it's making that choice to take your life and following through with it that is.
