Modern as in letting women work, study Men without beards, shaking womens hands, allowing art and photography in your house, no difference between Sunnis and Shias etc etc Being a Muslim in your heart
A: I think it is wonderful that you find things wrong with the culture that you want to change and make for the better. But this is a cultural problem, not a problem with Islam. May change always continue, and that it be for the betterment of all.
