Q: I'm wishing to convert to Islam, but for certain reasons I actually can't visit a Mosque and convert until I'm like able to drive. (There's no Mosques near me and my family would never want me to become a Muslim). But that's so far away so until then, I want to try my best to learn about Islam and try and pray and other things. I want to try and participate in Ramadan, but my school monitors what I eat at school, so I can't skip lunch and my parents will ask questions if I don't want dinner. So what can I do to observe Ramadan but still eat lunch and tea :| Thanks in advance and Ramadan Kareem :)

A: i dont know if this helps but wen its dinner just tell your parents you'll eat later or you're not hungry and just eat whenever the sun sets (but if you do that everyday they'll get suspicious) and at lunch try your best to stick to your fast and if u cant, Allah will still reward you for your intentions inshaalla weekends shouldnt be a problem, just make sure you're not at home for any meal and if you're with friends just tell them ure watching your weight or sumthin(unless ure already thin) anyway good luck :-) and remember who u shud fear most (Allah, not wat your friends-family-w/e think or how they may react...cuz it dznt matter wat they do and remember wat Allah said will happen to those who disobey Him)
