FYI : my boyfriend lives in cario, egypt and we mainly communicate via ( by) email, just wondering why i recieved no email from him today. 2.) A: 1) yes cafes are open during ramadan but only at night and stay until dawn, and Ramadan is a name of an arabic month, so it is a month in egypt or any where else. 2) yes, business are open but with slight change is working hours to allow everyone to have "iftar" which is the main meal during ramadan with the family 3)yes, they talk on the phone.. 4) best time would be 2 O'clock GMT
