Q: No One else in my Immediate family, Mom, Dad, And brother are fasting. But, I am, I've tried to get them to fast but as the Quran says [2:6] As for those who disbelieve, it is the same for them; whether you warn them, or not warn them, they cannot believe. I'm not sure what i should do about this? And was it Sinful, that when i hit puberty (age of 12) I didn't fast until 13 because I did not know about Ramadan, since my immediate family did not fast? I found out about this fasting from my friend I'm fifteen
A: May Allah (swt) reward you for you efforts dear, Insha'Allah if you did not know you would not be sinful for that. Hmm that is a tough situation I would advise you to be firm, don't get angry, and encourage them and your self be a good role model.
