What are some tips to not pack on the pounds during Ramadan?

Q: Every Ramadan I always seem to gain so much weight! I know it's because of eating really late and not through out the day. What are some tips to stay slim but still enjoy the holiday?

A: during iftar eat slowly! because one tends to eat a lot because they think their hungry but you really aren't as hungry as it may seem. this is because your stomach shrinks the less you eat, so eating more will stretch it more and make you hungrier the next day!
