A: One bottle of water is probably not enough. I usually find in Ramadan I eat very little but drink a lot of water, and I always feel better for it Alhamdulile. If I don't drink a lot of water then I feel really, really dizzy and headache-ish. If the water is too cold, that's whats probably making you feel sick. The best temperature of water for your stomach is room temperature, as it doesn't "shock" your system due to the coldness. Ramadan Mubarak
