Q: If our savior was born after easter was first celebrated , than what does these scriptures mean in the Bible-Ezekiel 7:1-28. If people would study the Bible and not just read verses; here a little and there a little, maybe they would clearly see the God of the OT and new who gave the Holydays to Israel was trying to make the Levites Preist in the OT, but they disobeyed the true God. The sun god is Nimrod name by the Greeks and Romans and the fertility goddess is Easteria/Asteria this is what easter is about the Greek and Roman false gods! Look up pagan holidays or Roman pagan holidays on the net; proof should still be there!
A: I've read Ezekiel, - and I just don't see how it's in reference to the resurrection. But Jesus died on the passover. We call it Easter. Where the name came from is of little consequence today. I think Jesus borrowed the greek word refering to "Hades" rather than Sheol? That doesn't mean Jesus if giving any kind of credence to the false gods that the greeks had.
