Let me rephrase please help compile a list of foods that are forbidden.?

Q: I understand about fermented products but comeon guys , no bread, pasta, tortias, rice, beans, corn peas, pasta (unless Parve) veggies and meat are ok no jokes please I'm giving it a try...

A: For Passover, the most common forbidden foods are those which contain yeast or other leavening agents (such as baking soda or powder), except for egg. Any wheat product, leavened or not, which is not "kosher for passover" (matzoh meal) is also (technically) not allowed. Which is my pasta (except for special Passover egg noodles) is not allowed. And tortillas. Not leavened, but still not allowed. As for the veggies, it keeps more complicated. Rice and corn are frequently on the "no" list, but for odd reasons that not everyone agrees with. Some Sephardic Jews, for example, are allowed rice and legumes (peanuts, peas, etc.). Corn syrup is allowed, oddly enough (check out kosher for passover candies and you'll see), for many. My suggestion, if you want to give it a go, is to do the following: (1) If they make a Passover version, use that. (2) Meat, fish, chicken are all fine. Obviously, if you're trying to be good about it, you should eat only Kosher meat. (3) Leafy veggies, like lettuce, spinach, kale, etc. are fine. So are carrots and celery. (4) Potato, potato, potato. They are fine! (5) Stay away from any breads except for matzoh. Stay away from cakes, cookies, and crackers unless they are explicitely made kosher for Passover. In the end, you'll find that except for bread, it's not all that hard to keep kosher for Passover. Really.
