Q: This may be really weird, but my friend and I are making dinner for people next week, and we wanted to try to make yorkshire pudding because it sounds good. But the problem is, I cant eat it cause it has flour in it, or its leavened and what not! Does anyone know how I could make a "Passover Yorkshire Pudding"? I have no idea if matzah meal or matzah flour would work, so please, any ideas? Thanks!

A: 2 cups milk 1/4 tsp. salt 1-1/2 cups matzo cake meal 3 Tbsp. melted margarine 6 eggs Salt and pepper to taste 3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Bake as you would regular Yorkshire Pudding. However, since it has milk products you cannot serve it with meat. That wouldn't be Kosher unless you use imitation milk(Parve) and Parve cheese that are both labeled Kosher for Passover
