Q: What kinds of food would you recommend that are worthwhile to eat during Passover and are definetly kosher for passover?

A: Matzah Brie (bry?) - fried matzah meal stuff. Dad makes it for breakfast for us, I'm not sure of the recipe. Matzah Pizza - put butter on the matzah, then tomato sauce, then make yourself a pizza. Matzah in a bowl with sugar and milk - it's Pesadich cereal! Salads - w00t! Matzah Ball Soup - always nice to have an excuse. Matzah Lasagna - use matzah instead of noodles. To make the matzah the right consistency, break it up, then put it between two wet paper towels and let it sit for a while. Then just make the lasagna like normal. Those are some of our family traditions. Enjoy!
