Q: Are Jews supposed to put on Tefillin on holidays, like Pesach (Passover)?
A: no one wears them on the yom tov (holiday) days -- the first 2 and last 2 days. some wear them during certain parts of morning prayers ont he intermediate days, and some who wear them make no blessings.
