Q: We want to throw a new years party this year.We were thinking theme and dress up.We will be at home but we have heaps of space. Has anyone got any idea's???
A: Get a Dj, fill the celling with black and white baloons, have really cool light set up(usally dj have them) have plenty of snack food and desert food, have a nanny to take care of all the friends babies or kids while the parents party, in a seperate room of course. Have lots of alchol maybe a bartender, and have a live feed of the ball dropping on a big screen or projector screen. Depending on how much you want to spend. But your theme should be black and white classy look. Like tuxs and stuff way cool! The owners of the house should wear silver, or gold to stand out. You should have the lighting go crazy when its the new year, have a black and white 2009 sign made hanging on the wall and make it flash when its the new year. The room should be dark when the ball drops, and everyone should have whistlers and noise makers matching your theme and confetti would be a pluse for the new years, younger kids like 13 or 14 year olds can help with the confetti they love make a mess, so they would be happy to do it, also you could make the ballons float to the celling if you have a high raised celling.
