Q: my birthday's in december and i need to start planning now so i was thinking like a 70's dance party or a luau (which would be ironic since my birthday's in the middle of december) but neither is like OMG i wanna do that so what are some other ideas? I already have a dj and i already have a venue its gonna be with lots of friends and minimal adults dancing all night my best friend had an awesome costume party (but her's was in october last year) and bunches of other friends have had semi formal parties but i don't want to do any of that. so yeah, what are some really fun party ideas?
A: how about a masquerade party. Everybody could either dress in semi formal or costume (your choice) and they all have to wear masks.
