A: Every year. edit: This is a good one to trip up people. Of course, they always fall in the same year! Jan. 1, 2008 and Dec.25, 2008 are in the same year, aren't they? Think in terms of the entire year, not just the week after Christmas and before New Years Day. I'll give you a star for confusing folks!
