Q: I'm turning 16 at the end of september and all of my friends keep telling me to have a party but i have no idea what to do. it isn't the warmest where i live which eliminates anything involving a pool or the beach or anything outside. please help! my parents wont go for anything too expensive and im a girl im also not into the whole drinking/drugs thing
A: first of all- check with your folks its alright- then why not organise a local band/dj/musician who wants some more exposure (they'll likely do it free or really cheap) to play in your house/community hall/somewhere else enclosed and get a heaps of people, ask mum really nicely to bake you a cake for 600 people and get your BF/crush/hottest boy in school to jump into it. food fights=massive fun. make them clean up before they leave.
