A: Lead him on a scavenger hunt for the first 10. The next ten have in ten different boxes that fit into each other. Wrap each one, then set it inside another. The tenth gift could be a voucher for a "special gift" if you get my drift or a gift certificate for a nice/romantic dinner at which you give him the 21st gift.
