Q: It's just for me and a small group of people but i have quite a big budget any ideas? thanks
A: I once heard of someone throwing their daughter a "mock tail party" where everyone got dressed up and drank virgin cocktails in nice martini glasses, wine glasses, etc. You could have an adult bartender- maybe mom or dad or a friend of the family, or even one of your friends with a menu of virgin drinks, and the supplies behind the bar. If you don't have a bar at your house, maybe a friend's dad has a game room or something with a bar installed already. But if they don't, try using a kitchen island countertop, or you can set up some card tables and stools with the bartender between it and the wall. You can have music, some comfy places to sit, and it will be a blast!
