A: Have mom take her out to ice cream and invite all of her friends over. Get cd's of all of her favorite music and get them ready to play. Have cute party favors and lots of food and soda. Have games like pin the tail on the donky and a piniata. An awesome hannah Montana cake you can get at like walmart. Make it a sleepover party and make sure everyone knows its a surprise. Tell as few people as possible. Then when she comes home from ice cream or a movie or whatever have all the lights off and do the hide and yell SURPRISE!!!! And throw confettie and start the music. Remember to decorate decorate decorate!!!! And set times for gift opening, piniatas and movies because you have to always keep it organized and those little kids busy!! Hope this helps.
