Q: My husband's 21st birthday is coming up but I have no clue what to get him, considering he leaves for Iraq at the end of the month so a lot of things he can't take with him? Any advice?
A: Hey sweetie. Im going to iraq on sept 7th as a civilian for the army. Get him an IPOD or a PS portable(PSP). A portable dvd player would do too. Im going to Balad Airforce base and the guys told me to bring extra towls, underwear, socks, flip-flops, and a clamp on night light for their beds. So this should give you some ideas!! My guess is get him something he can use over there. He'll have internet access as well as phone priveleges i am sure, so use my list (from experience) to get him something.
