Q: I am wanting to know what some occasions and holidays are that someone would give or recieve a card for. (other than the obvious holidays like Christmas, birthdays, Easter...)
A: congratulations- getting a new job or promotion. graduating, winning something, becoming a citizen, or a new baby get well soon- sickness or injury other reasons: death in the family, military deployment, hardship, encouragement pretty much any type of life event, positive or negative. depends on what matters to you and how you want to express your feelings
