Q: I am trying to set a budget of $100 for birthday presents for 3 kids. (In total, I want to spend max. $100 buying birthday presents for ALL the kids, not $100 budget per kid!) Is this realistic? I am not trying to be a cheap-o here, I'm just asking if I should make the budget a little higher or if it's fine? Not for my kids, its a budget for other kids, but all their bdays are within a week of each others'.
A: I would say that's reasonable. About $30 a kid, figure $25 for the gift, $5 for the card and bag to put it in ;)
