Q: My mom turns 50 next month and I want to put together a little family & close friends celebration for her. She's pretty outgoing... Any Ideas?? Do you know of any nice dinner restaurants in San Diego that aren't too costly?
A: Go someplace that already has a "fun" atmosphere that is affordable -- like Chevy's, El Torito, Joe's Crabshack, etc. Usually they are cheaper, do cool birthday things, and are easy to get into.
