A: male or female...Have a cheap sweet sixteen party in your back yard Cake from Wal-Mart punch etc hang lanterns play good music have a kiddie pool (pool party) mix slushy drinks and after the party has slown down , Have your mom call everyone to the front yard or better yet the garage and open it up to see your new toy car. let it be the only car in the garage or drive way. Not a riding car, just a toy Hummer . That's way cool and funny.
